We refer to the announcement released by the Company on 9 May 2019 entitled "Best World International Limited Strongly Refutes Bonitas Research Report" (the "Announcement") and report released by Valiant Varriors entitled "Best World's Main Import Agent is related to BWL". Please provide your responses to the following in an announcement to be released via SGXNet by Friday, 10 May 2019. In your announcement, please disclose our queries and your corresponding responses to enable investors to understand the matters raised.

1) Please confirm if Koh Kim Chuan, shareholder and legal representative of Changsha Best Commodity Trading Co., Ltd. (as referred in the Announcement) (the "Primary Import Agent"), is the brother-in-law of Dora Hoan, Group CEO and Managing Director of the Company.

2) Please confirm if the Primary Import Agent, its directors, substantial shareholders, key management (and their associates), have any relationship (direct or indirect) with the Company, its directors, substantial shareholders (and their associates).

I am not vested and have not followed the ongoing drama in detail, but I think Best World is in serious trouble.

SGX does not unilaterally suspend a company unless it has serious reasons to believe something is not quite right. The follow up questions are very explicit leaving no room for the Company to do the usual legal and PR maneuvers, this by itself is very unusual.

I don't have enough knowledge to opine that Best World is a fraud as alleged, but there's definitely something not quite above board going on over there.

Whether or not Changsha best is under IPT is one thing but it is not uncommon for local listed sme to do self trading and say as non IPT. Sgx reg co should go hard on them and it is not hard to see one.

Whatever the listing rules say is one thing, for shareholders, what is important is whether Changsha best has no relationship with BWI except commercial.

Same thing for business model use in China. End of the day is whether there is direct selling in china under BWI, Changsha best or further down the chain.

And BWI financials smell the moment I look at them.

The two founders used to have PhD/Dr. being quoted around on their CVs on website/reports (u can use wayback archive to verify this). But they have since taken it down.

Also, if you dig into the universities that they supposedly get their PhD/Doctorate from, its' apparently some "university" that's been accused of being a scam.
