Out of curiosity (pun not intended) and expanding my knowledge, i watched and observed 2 things:
1) he sounds very similar to the Taiwanese "spiritualists"
2) his focus seems to be he is right

For those who still don't believe, I pray sincerely for all of you...
Compassion is the way to go....
If there is anyone with troubles (e.g. severe illness, mental problem, cancers, "possessed", etc), Master Lu will be there to help. He does so FOC, out of true kindness...
He will read your entire body much more accurately than scanning in hospital and provide the diagnosis of the true causes (e.g. karmic creditors, etc)
He can tell you where your dead parents/ancestors, etc. are now (i.e. in which realms) and he can provide advice on your career, health, marriage and etc.
Pls help to pass on the information around to those people in need of help...

Karma cannot be eradicated though you can prevent further karma from being created.
Better do meditation rather than chanting.

From the way you have asked your question, I am guessing you are not a Buddhist...
Most lay Buddhists would start with the 5 precepts (start with the basics).
Serious Buddhists would practice the 8 precepts.
If you no idea what the precepts are, maybe it's good to take up a basic Buddhism course first?
There is Bright Hill Temple, Tai Pei Buddhist Organisation, and many other Buddhist temples and organisations in Singapore.
If unclear, you may want to consult the Buddhist Federation of Singapore
