Hi cyclone,
I tried the above steps as mentioned, but still no avail. I contacted my service provider, M1, who did a test via direct connection from my PC, and found no issues.
I did a tracert from the PC and laptop, and captured screenshots on successful and unsuccessful attempts connecting to VB, if you wanna see them.

Hi mkmk,
Ok, I'd like to see the screenshots, you can send them to nasilemak at valuebuddies dot com. Thanks.

Sorry for bringing this up again, but an update: I've changed to a new provider (MyRepublic), new router & new PC....same issue, only in my house.
Guess I'll tether on my phone while surfing VB at home then. :S

Btw, what browser do you use to access VB ? What is the result if you use google chrome or Firefox ? Thanks.

Tried them all: IE11, Firefox, Chrome...on Desktop with Windows 7, Laptop with Windows 8.1, Netbook with Windows 8, Tablet with Android, Smartphone. It'll work a while, then it'll stop accessing.
Same issue as previously raised in Oct, when doing a tracert, it's ok until it reaches a Germany server...then no response from that area.

I have modified the server's firewall rules. Please check whether it's ok. If the problem still persists, I'm at my wits' end now. Really catch no ball.

Thanks, I'll try it at night when I'm home. Sorry to have been troubling you for all these while.

Maybe it's your DNS. Can you do a ipconfig /all and post the result?

Saved the screenshot for ipconfig. Do I need to photoshop anything sensitive away, or just post it all?
