Shanghai Tonva Petrochemical Co. (1103)

at current price of 0.67 has a P/E of 6.5 , a P/BV of 0.8 and a dividend yield of almost 10%.
Sorry I did not post this before but it just jumped up 10% the day after I bought it
I think it can still be worth buying though.

I think I will put a sell order at 0.80 for tomorrow.

There seems to be a placing of 70 mil shares by the company at price between $0.65 and $080

My broker (AmFraser) initially was able to view the Bid/Ask spread before the entire UI was revamped.
