I think he is so good at it that he does not wish to invest in other things like shares. Just like some of us here would rather buy shares than alternative investments because they are comfortable and know what they are doing. Even if the stock market crashed, do you think mr lee will put money in his company shares or rather pick up more properties at depressed prices?
