Yes, it was cautioned by Boss Lee as well but still the gain from increase in plot ratio will have significant impact to the profitability of the project. Revise plot ratio will likely be higher than 2.1.
Whatelse did the BNP analyst said to the boss? I heard the rich kid beside her commenting on alot of things also but couldnt catch what he said...
I also heard a little but not a lot. She uses her 'ang mo' accent to give an introduction of herself (i.e. BNP Paribas analyst) and what she is currently doing (i.e. managing some family funds. Besides, she also asked about if there are any coverage by any of the security houses on Sing Holding. Boss Lee answered that there were coverage by Philip Securities and Kim Eng formerly but discontinue. Furthermore, he also said that formerly there were funds buying into Sing Holding but divested during 2008 sub prime crises.
By the way, there was a gentleman who gave his name card to Boss Lee and chairman Lee and said that he had some "$$$" to invest in the company.
That gentleman was an old friend of the Elder Lee and not Boss Lee. Think he was saying that he got $$$ want to deposit into Sing Investment and Finance.
Thank you for your correction .
CEO of Sing Holdings (Lee Sze Hao) and Sing Investment and Finance (Lee Sze Leong) are buying Sing Holding shares. I suspect something good may be coming up...hopefully!!
