Look like it worth more than 50 cents. With nav 30 cents , market already value it at 25 cents. If nav reach 60 cents , it sshould x 2 the valuation. Despite full cash been reinvested into new farm, revenue will x2 as well. Therefore, both holdings cash or reinvestment should have x2 valuation effect.

If management is willing to discontinue all operations, there will be a final puff on the cigar butt. But sadly they are going to pump in more money into the new farm. Shareholders should not expect any special dividend.
Sadly, this is what i consider pumping good money into mediocre business

Shareholders' value aside, the money that is pumped into local egg industry has generated 26% of the total no. of eggs consumed in Singapore.
It might not be a worthwhile investment for shareholders based on investment's return but, the company has generated values for the society and country.
I certainly will not hope that it will discontinue its operation. The company should go on, innovate further and hopefully one day, Singapore is able to self sustain on egg consumption with local production.

any thoughts on this unit?
NAV around 60cents, dividend yield 1%, cash more than current stock capitalization.

with regards to the cash portion, might be good to read back a few posts to see whether "cash more than market cap" is still something significant?
