One thing I find it strange is that the termination notice is 18 mths. Unusually long. Never come across such terms of employment. To  me if the employee heart is not there then it's better to let him go as soon as practical instead of hanging on as a zombie.

No reasons stated and Ang has been with NeraTel since it got listed 1999.

Maybe Mr Ang moved on to NorthStar? He did exchange his shares of Neratel for a stake in Canopus Asia which is own by NorthStar.

Retirement.

NeraTel released it Q3 results.

NeraTel recorded it first ever losses since listing if I am not wrong and undergone a major correction which might be due to raising concern about NeraTel's ability to maintain "expected" dividend.

Sale of PS generated about $70mil in cash and they will be paying 15cts as special dividend with xD on 15 Nov.

Question will be whether the business that sold off is one of the key group that doesn't fit the future of the company profile.
And how much cost it will bring down.

Any buddies like to share views on NeraTel henceforth?

Is it possible northstar going to sell neratel piece by piece to get out of their investment?

Nera Telecommunications Limited announced that the company has received purchase orders of approximately SGD19.9 million in aggregate.
The Purchase Orders are in relation to the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of IP network equipment for leading Service Providers in Singapore.
