One question was asked: "If a 4th Telco were to come into Singapore, will she affect NeraTel ?". The answer was "Yes!" She will need alot of Network support, and NeraTel can benefit from her.

Not standard answer this time. The Company is currently at an advanced stage of discussions with a third party regarding the possible disposal of the payment solutions business of the Company.
Unless we have economic of scale or local advantage, recurring income makes sense if the margin is high, product is recurring and base cost is low that can be subsidised to support sales. So this looks positive and a change in key business direction that some shareholders will highly value it.

I wonder if mgmt has ever thought of acquiring a few of the local payment solution players to increase market shares and be more cost effective. It seems to me that payment solution is doing alright. Is it worth giving up this segment? Does anyone know how much this segment contribute to its bottomline? Starting to wonder what this means to its dividend.

lackluster Q1 result. Net profit down 33% to 2 mils, EPS 0.56cts. Surprisingly it didn't mention anything regarding the possible disposal of the payment solutions business.
