Largely agree with the article that bubbles are not completely bad. But so is everything in the world, there is no such thing as black or white. Everything is both black and white depending on how you look at it. 

Strictly looking from an value investment point of view, investing in bubbles are bad. (Since price>value) It might be good for the economy and the growth of a country to have bubbles in the technology segment. However, as an investor it is always bad to invest in an inflated asset.

But thank you for sharing the alternate view of bubbles and reasons for the strong support of asset inflation in many countries. Which is helpful since the view presented on bubbles is often one-sided.
