    cash flow statement: Proceeds from sale and maturities of marketable securities of 2300m ; Purchase of marketable securities of 1996m but it is not reflected on balance sheet?

Wonder how far will the USA govt go in protecting its entire oil ecosystem; will it just bail the oil extractors or move towards protecting the surrounding companies such as rig builders and companies which lease oil PPE
