The Midwood condo shows quite a lot of promise.  For a start it is being developed by Hong Leong, one of our top property players in Singapore.  It is also pretty conveniently located, right next to a neighbourhood shopping mall, and around 6 minutes walk from Hillview MRT station.

While there are number of new launches further down closer to the Beauty World station, as of now there are none in this location that is so conveniently placed.  Mont Botanik has launched for quite a while, but that location is further out.  Walking 20 minutes to a station does not appeal to most people.  So the Midwood enjoys an advantage in that respect.  What it does have in common with Mont Botanik, as well as the condominiums around Beauty World however, is that they all enjoy the greenery around Bukit Timah Hill.

The Midwood floor plans and pricing details are not available yet, as it is still early days to the launch.  We are likely looking at a launch date in the 3rd or 4th Quarter of 2019.  View at Kismis is looking to launch earlier than that, so if you can't wait for the Midwood, you could consider taking a look at View at Kismis instead.
