Kismis Residences is already fully sold out.  But if you like that area, you can consider the next upcoming launch in the neighbourhood - the View at Kismis condo.  View at Kismis is also a low-rise 5 storey high development, in keeping with the low-rise profile of the surrounding condos and landed houses.  It replaces the former Kismis View, that was sold enbloc to the current developers, Roxy-Pacific Holdings and T2 Development.  Roxy-Pacific is no stranger to this type of re-development.
