Juniper Hill at Bukit Timah

The Juniper Hill condo will be Allgreen Properties next launch after Fourth Avenue Residences.  Coincidentally or not, both are located along Bukit Timah Road.  Except that while Fourth Avenue is a 99 year leasehold project practically on the doorstep of Sixth Avenue MRT station, the Juniper Hill condo is a freehold project, but a rather longer 11 minute walk to Stevens MRT station.

The Bukit Timah area needs no introduction to most Singaporeans, so suffice it to say that most people would know that this location does not come cheap.  Juniper Hill, on the site of the former Crystal Tower, will undoubtedly be priced in the $2,xxx PSF range, probably at the high end of that range.  Especially since it is located closer to the Newton, and hence the Orchard Road end of Bukit Timah.

Besides its proximity to the CBD, this location is also known for its brand name schools.  It's probably not politically correct to even mention them, but being located in the middle of some of the most upmarket real estate in Singapore, it is almost inevitable that it should be so.  Anyway, Juniper Hill showflat and the condo itself is within 1 km of Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Anglo-Chinese School Junior (Barker campus), for what it is worth.
