Yes, agree that response for the Parc Clematis condo should be quite good.  Since the only other new launch in Clementi, Clement Canopy, has already fully sold out.  And considering that Parc Clematis is even nearer to Clementi town centre and MRT station.  The only drawback will be for units facing the AYE, as they will get the expressway noise.  But this facing is also where the best views possibly are, and minimises afternoon sun.
