A new cluster housing development called Belgravia Green will be launching soon. This development is on the edge of the Seletar Hills estate, but access is via Belgravia Drive, off Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5. The Belgravia Green Showflat is tentatively scheduled to be ready for viewing appointments sometime in September this year.

Characteristics of this project
- Belgravia Green is a strata housing development on freehold land.
- It offers you the best of both worlds - living in a landed house, but with condominium facilities, and maintenance of the grounds taken care of.
- It is not within walking distance of a town centre or shopping mall or MRT station. But this is generally a characteristic of most landed housing estates, especially the quieter more secluded ones. It can be said to be part of the exclusivity factor, and argued that people who live in landed homes tend to drive.
- Belgravia Green is being developed by the Tong Eng Group, a home-grown developer that has been in the business for some time, and have several such projects under their belt. In fact, they also developed the first phase of the Belgravia Collection, Belgravia Villas that has fully sold out. Belgravia Green is the 2nd phase.
- The Belgravia Green floor plan layouts are very well designed, one of the best layouts seen in a long time. Nice big rooms, especially the bedrooms, very functionally laid out with little space wastage. Almost nothing to fault. They have obviously not just learnt from the feedback on those aspects of Belgravia Villas that buyers found fault with, but have taken steps to address them.
- Like other new cluster house developments nowadays, most of the units in Belgravia Green come with a home lift, to cater to our ageing demographic. But a few of the houses are designed without home lifts, in response to the feedback of some buyers from Belgravia Villas who said they did not need it, and didn't want the expense and trouble of maintaining one.
