Where can you see VBs at risk from land mines in 2018 ?

I think as usual value traps ie the structure is not OPMI friendly or the numbers are not coherent; hyped ideas like bitcoin and perpetuals; beta stocks without understanding the stock properly or getting the time frame wrong; and old timers including yours truly succumbing to overconfidence or forgetting we are OPMI and not some activist or vulture fund

quick soul searching and ranking as follows:

#1. succumbing to overconfidence
     - reminded myself to be not so cocky about SingShip, Straco and MM

#2. getting the time frame wrong 
     buy stocks without understanding the stock properly
     value traps ie the structure is not OPMI friendly or the numbers are not coherent
     - reminded myself to be more patient especially buying more

#3. bitcoin and perpetuals
     - reminded myself on "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread."
