from what i read, it seems that the way you evaluate a stock is all over the place.
there should be a structure, a flow/sequence to how you filter off stocks that's worthy of your time as a general guide first before you dive deeper if they meet a few key points.
its good that you have studied/read a lot quite a handy of books and references, but it would be better if you can attend a financial course with tested proven mentor/trainer to lead you out of the confusion.
