I am uncertain about how well its hotel is going to do... but i really dont like its construction business. High turnover with very low margins, seems very competitive. The higher the share price goes up, the less attractive it gets. I may have bought it at 1 hkd a few months ago but certainly not at 1.52

The shares were last standing at HK $1 in early September 2012. So 50% gain in 4 months is a handsome profit to take to the bank -
Can consider. If it goes up further, you would still make some money. If it drops, you wont feel the pain cos you have booked some profits already. Either way, you win!
This company has just reported a loss of HK$133 Mil for year ending 31 March 2016. The company was caught out by excessive lead content in drinking water on housing estates on earlier contracts for plumbing work.
