Shopper360 is not really a grocery retailer; the business doesn't own stores or warehouses. Their customers are the retail chain stores, and the owners/distributors of FMCG brands.

Bhd., which owns and operates the Potboy online B2C grocery platform that also links FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) companies with eateries and provision shops (trading under "PotboyMart") in Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) and Seremban, Malaysia..

PB Grocery, established since 2016, was making a profit back in 2020 (as per 2021 PR). Did it over expanded with popup physical shops? Just 3 months ago in Aug2023, it was still pioneering popup kiosks at MRT stations..

CESSATION OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS OF PB GROCERY GROUP SDN. BHD.

The PB Group was operating an online grocery platform (“Potboy”) that links fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies with eateries and provision shops in Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) and Seremban, Malaysia.

In response to the Company’s request for clarification and updates on the business affairs of the PB Group, the Company recently received response and confirmation from Mr. Eddie Chew, Chief Executive Officer and founder of the PB Group, that all of Potboy’s business operations had ceased since early November 2023. The said cessation was due to the lack of additional funding to support the business operations of the PB Group.
