Such packet drinks are now rarely consumed in Singapore. It is a shrinking market which probably gets the majority of its business during CNY. Packet drinks seem like a 'yesterday product,' and so I'm very surprised with its popular reception in China. Especially when the Chinese have gone from 'no phone' to smart phone.
On a separate thought, perhaps Alain Ong should have marketed Asian Story drinks in China instead. Which led me to wonder, who is currently producing Asian Story drinks, if not Pokka?
