Update on Forest Woods:
The 1 & 2 bedders sold out, mostly at the first launch itself. The most affordable units as of now are the 2 + Study units. But only 3 such units left, ranging in price from $900K - $998K.

There is a choice of 2 colour schemes, the classic warm scheme, or a contemporary cool scheme. The Forest Woods showflat displays both schemes on the walls, as well as in the show units.  The 2 bedroom unit showcases the cool scheme, while the 3 bedroom unit shows the warm scheme.

What is interesting is that, instead of using standard laminate flooring for the bedrooms, the developer is offering a choice of either wood-lookalike ceramic tiles, or wood-lookalike vinyl.  And they really do look like wood, just much easier to maintain and more durable than laminate.
