Since Feb 2020, KrisEnergy had been trying to farm-out Vietnam Block 115/09, as part of BAU to reduce it's contractual commitment and also focus on it's core.
Yesterday, announcement on 2nd extension of long stop date under farm-out agreement for Vietnam Block 115/09

Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that while parties are actively working towards the fulfilment of conditions precedents under the farm-out agreement, the Transferor and the Transferee have mutually agreed in writing to extend the long stop date to 31 December 2020, or such later date as may be agreed in writing between parties. Shareholders, noteholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise.

Strategic cooperation Sith the National Pension Service of Korea

Keppel Capital also entered the fast-growing Chinese data centre market when a data centre focussed fund, managed by a unit of Keppel Capital, invested approximately RMB 1.5 billion into a data centre project in Huizhou, Guangdong Province.

Customers on bill plans with unlimited data bundle (e.g. mySIMe 118) can sign-up to $5 5G Booster, which will enable 5G. Data usages on 5G will be deducted from bill plan data bundle.

Interesting turn of event

(Bloomberg) -- Keppel Corp. will carry out a strategic review of its offshore and marine business and has identified S$17.5 billion ($12.8 billion) of assets that could potentially be monetized over time.
The owner of the world’s biggest oil-rig builder will assess “its current capacity and global network of yards” and seek opportunities as a developer of renewable energy, it said in an exchange filing Tuesday. Keppel will seek to unlock value from S$3 billion to S$5 billion of assets in the next three years. Options could include mergers or disposals.
“We are working with the board and management of Keppel Offshore & Marineto explore both organic and inorganic options for this business with the aim of maximizing long-term shareholder value,” said Chief Executive Officer Loh Chin Hua. “As we pursue our growth initiatives in data centers, environmental solutions, renewable energy, integrated urban development and asset management, we will also need to review our business portfolio from time to time.”
