SINGAPORE - The public tender of a residential site near Sembawang Park, that can yield 110 housing units, was launched on Thursday by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
The 99-year leasehold site at Jalan Kandis comes under the confirmed list in the first-half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The parcel is next to a landed housing estate and near executive condominiums such as The Brownstone and Skypark Residences. Other upcoming executive condo also include The Visionaire EC and Parc Life EC while existing ones include The Terrace EC, Waterwoods EC, Signature EC at Yishun, The Vales EC, The Criterion EC, Bellewaters EC, Bellewoods EC.
The 7,045.6 square metres (75,838 sq feet) parcel has a maximum gross floor area of 9,864 sq m (106,175 sq ft).
It is slated for a part 3-storey and part 7-storey development.
The tender for the site closes at 12 noon on April 7.
