Depends on which road or expressway, I doubt they are done mostly by OKP. Perhaps, the bigger projects? Construction industry is fragmented by smaller players as well.

You may want to check out their annual reports. They do have a list of ongoing projects for their respective financial year. Maybe you can compare and see if their quality is good!

I like it's dividend, low debt, healthy contract deals and it was vested by a china company at 66 cents.

OKP will release the FY 2011 earnings today after trading hours.

Hope for a set of good numbers.

Just took a glance. Disappointingly, free cash flow dropped a lot!

The key is why the Cash (used in)/ generated from operations drop from 41,678m(FY10) to 8.730m(FY11), which caused the fall in free cash flow drastically.

The rest of the key ratios improves,
EPS about $0.09
ROE 30.1%
Net Profit Margin 24.14%
Gearing (0.01)
Cash per share at $0.31(very healthy)

I don't see their result as disappointing at this moment.
