As the property price of central london started to fall, the price in outer zone is increasing high and fast.

About Brexit, Generally it should be good for the UK economy. Within EU, UK doesn't have much problem but it is other counries like Greece causing trouble. So leaving the EU may take the burden off.
London being the european financial hub for decades, their competitiveness shouldn't falter.
Also in the current property market where demand outstrips supply in a very high number, their growth will be still very sustainable
