With Singapore government decision to transform Singapore Jurong Lake District into the largest regional centre to off load the city center, many developers have take interest to build more new launch condo in Jurong. Lake Grande MCL Land latest new launch condo @ Singapore Jurong West will be MCL land 3rd new launch condo since 2013. MCL land has launched and fully sold Jgateway in 2013 and its 2nd launch Lakeville at Lakeside which is next to Lake Grande was launch in 2014. Currebtly Lakeville is 85% sold. MCL Land has manage to out bid the other developers in all 3 land sale. Lake Grande show flat is currently undergoing construction. Viewing should be possible within first half of 2016. Stay tune.
