It seems prices still high if you are looking at the chart, only down a bit. Sigh.

Sellers have holding power as interest rate is low, though rental has dropped, for those who bought during 2009/2010, i guess they are still in the safe zone.

I think prices will remain stable in year 2016. In the meantime, I am renting and got an apartment just next to mrt in dist 10 at a good rate... going to wait.
