Was just pointing out its still delayed, they would have updated it if everything was ok. Apparently something is still stopping them from resuming the project.

Let's hope there is more delay to the TM project so that share price can languish more...
Company probably had made a big mistake buying back so much of its own shares..
company bought back some 7.4mil shares at an average price of about 88 cents recently
