Balloting Results: http://infopub.sgx.com/FileOpen/SOG_Ball...eID=354622

The higher you bid, the lesser chance of getting a lot. Another thing to note is that distribution of 1 lot = 1,000 shares.

The up-to-minute market price is 56.5 cents per share, with historic PE of slightly more than 26. It is much closer to its peers in SGX.

The company biz model seems very promising, with the following
- high net margin, with room to improve due to growing economic of scale of bulk purchases, and centralized pools of resources.
- Well-aligned of stakeholders interest, for shareholders and employees.
- High scale-ability with its M&A strategy, and likely via equity rather than Capex

I have no doubt on the company current valuation. Big Grin

Be wary of what Mr Market is saying when free float is so low. Look no further than what operators are doing to Jason Holdings.

I agree with you, low free float is a concern, and play a part on the valuation.

I don't think it is appropriate to compare SO&G with Jason Holding. First of all, comparing a historic PE 27 with a worrying PE of 330, is way off. Next, one with a "near-promise" of 90% payout, but the other one with a "near-promise" of no dividend. I have not even touch on balance sheet and cash flow yet, which Jason is way off Big Grin

In short, we shouldn't generalize. (Too much) Generalization is a enemy of true-finding, at least in engineering field of mine. Tongue

Was hoping to get in at below 35c at 9am but opening price was already 45c and the price shoot up very quick. Not very comfortable at 25+ PER so gave it a pass. Now I'm regreting my decision. [emoji20]
