What do valuebuddies think of such a company? Is it worth vesting in it for its strong FCFE and thus, its solid dividend yield, notwithstanding the fact that it is in the non-sexy industry of furniture manufacturing and its NPM is razor thin?

Yes, me vested with small lots for many yrs already. Just hoping to cash out to break-even.

Also not moving in tandem with the rest of HK stocks.

Even Sgx listed Willa-Array's HK counterpart shot up well from HK 90ct to 1.40 currently. It went as high as HK2 (SGD 34ct) recently! Again, not seeing the same movement here locally.Dodgy

I did quite a bit of bottom fishing recently. 52-week low was HK$0.92 and final dividend of HK$0.06 is round the corner (company paid interim dividend of HK$0.06).

The following paras in the latest AR caught my eyes:

Shareholders’ value and corporate governance:
The management is committed to creating value
by acting the best interests of all shareholders.

As such, superior financial results
and shareholders’ value will be achieved without
compromising integrity and business ethics.

Going forward, we will leverage on our experience in successful
acquisitions, and actively seek for valuable
acquisition opportunities which are appropriate to
our business needs and strategies.

OUTLOOK
As we enter 2015, we remain optimistic about our strategy
to deliver exceptional sales and profit growth. We have
a strong sales momentum heading into 2015.

Its dividend history:

Interim Final
2014 0.06 26/09/2014 - -
2013 0.06 18/09/2013 - - 0.06 09/06/2014 0.12
2012 0.04 21/09/2012 - - 0.08 07/06/2013 0.12
2011 0.02 30/09/2011 - - 0.02 25/05/2012 0.04
2010 0.02 20/09/2010 - - 0.02 12/05/2011 0.04

Hopefully, 2015 will be a better year!

This company pays more dividend than the eps in a year. Can they keep on paying this kind of dividend???

Wonder why it cannot expand the business to successfully to PRC and concentrate on US and UK?

The problem of this company is it doesn't make any earnings. It just keeps paying high dividends from its reserves. I am vested with 100,000 I bought two years ago at 1 $ and I'm just keeping it because I don't know into what reinvest the proceeds , I can't really suggest you to buy it at 1.09 HKD.
