Why would NTA jump to 42 cents?
New Toyo's 34% share of SAH is already factored into the current NAV of 36 cents. So after paying out everything (i.e. 12 cents of cash),
New Toyo NAV will drop to 24 cents.

What I hope is that their EPS would rise by 30% again!!

but I need to add that NAV of
New Toyo could be understated by as much as 10 cents
Its own investment properties are stated at book value plus those of Tien Wah's (54% owned by
New Toyo) is also stated at book value..
The upcoming corporate development will serve to bring to light this undervalued aspect of its NAV...

think of it this way - New Toyo NAV of at least 40 cents, of which 12 cents (or more, depending on final outcome) is solid cash.

If legal fee per month is 0.1 mil , annual legal fee is 1.2 mil .
How much legal fee will need to be wasted before something concrete comes to fruition ?

with sellers waiting at 29c and above, and buyer only 1 lot 1 27.5 with a bullish background today, one can attempt to queue at 28 or 28.5c and wait for people to sell to him.

in essence, there is no real market demand for this counter...
nothing exciting is coming up for now or else some
news would have leaked out somehow..
long long wait..

Back in Dec 2011, chairman of Tien Wah bought some Tien wah shares at about RM $1.70. Now he is selling it at around $1.90.
Has he given up on Tien Wah?

Why should anyone buy a counter where insiders like Tien Wah's Chairman is selling?
