Yes, the US market now is overvaluated, and the rest of the stocks looks too risky.

Not true...

Their telcos are pretty cheap but its its cheap for a reason.

My term cheap is relative to DJIA, not in terms of deep value investing.

I would want to wait a while to have a margin of safety in dividends in case i am forced to hold.

For the Telco and ISP in US, whoever has a deeper pocket will prevail. Much like the oil situation. Kill the smaller players and consolidate.

At $46.78 the dividend on yahoo finance shows 4.7%
i am looking at least 5% and above
