The Singapore-headquartered company will kick off its book building roadshows in the region and London from next week.
The firm, which counts SPH Asiaone as a key shareholder, is an online-based business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) investment products distribution platform. It also offers investment administration, transaction services and other backroom functions to banks, financial advisory firms, and multinational companies.
iFAST also operates in Malaysia and Hong Kong.
