Hi D.O.G, how would you interpret a company which has a majority of nominee accounts under its top ten shareholder list?

Like to hear your perspective both positive and negative.

Does that mean it is possible for 1 investor to buy >30% spread out over say 8 nominees and not having to make a general offer?
