A party has made an offer for Amtek (nka Interplex) at $0.82 per share. Sadly another decent company is going off.

i hope i am not wrong, but i dont think bondholders will reject, reason being, the interest rate has went up and if interest rate went up further, their bond will get cheaper,  infact if i am the offeror, i will not buy over the bonds, since, the financing is cheaper
