Soloman Asch's conformity experiments in the 1950s showed this.

I find sociopsychology extremely interesting.

Many of such videos are interesting and amusing but there are also underlying reason. We tend to conform if we 1) lack knowledge 2) deemed as authoritative

From the video we can see the participants do not know what is happening and they presume it is a requirement from the clinic. The more interesting point is why no one ask the nurse

From an investment point of view, that’s why we need to be knowledgeable about what we do, and how much authority we believe Mr Market or the regulators including exchange and Auditors exercise.

Only then we won’t be swayed. And we can also observe or ask someone experienced like the nurse; might also observe if the nurse makes sense (cause she could just as well be a new nurse in authoritative uniform) vs what is done, just as we ask and observe management why they do what
Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give. –William A. Ward

'When 2 of our favourite financial bloggers had sold out 100% of their MM holdings.
Scary, isn't it?
They seems to know something that we don't know'.

Why is it scary ? Everyday, for every stock, there are countless sellers and buyers.
They are just 2 financial bloggers. They may not be other people's favourite.
Financial bloggers whether they are favourites or otherwise certainly cannot be used
as another criteria to decide if a business should be sold or bought.

When you start each day with a grateful heart, Heart
light illuminates from within.

Relax:

Micro-Mechanics in precision mfg is like Bruce Lee in the movie.

You see Bruce performing those interesting stunts with ease.
Behind the scene, you can be sure that he spends a lot of time,
making these movies perfect.

Had you ever wonder, these make believed movies are real?

Could Bruce really has such a perfect skills?
or it's just clever cut-and-paste works?

Think not further.
The articles clearly shows that behind the scene,
there are real hard works happening in Micro-Mechanics.

It's my wish that all our valuebuddies start to buy some MM shares.
For those who brought, I really think that you should never sell them.

Selling Micro Mechanics is like selling a cash generating machine.

If you are still wondering what and how to identify a good business,
read the above business time interview with Mr Low.

After reading, form your own opinion about MM and don't let anyone change your mind.

A short introduction of Mr Low Ming Wah:
  1. Graduate from Singapore Polytechnic in Mechanical Engineering
  2. work in GE and Siemens as engineering and design role
  3. join as MM's 1st engineer back in 1989
  4. Chairman of SPETA (Singapore Precision Engineering & Technology Association
  5. member of SMEC - Singapore Business Federation
  6. member of FEC - EDB
  7. member of Singapore Institute of Director
  8. bursary fund - Singapore poly graduate guild endowment
  9. Distinguished Patron - Loving Heart Multi-service center
  10. Study grant - SIT
  11. Scholarship - SUTD

Thank you snowcaps.
Have a good weekend ahead.

you do know that Bruce Lee died an early death rite at 32y/o ? Tongue

In any case, MM has had a fantastic run this year, but so has quite a few other semicon related companies.
Virtual currencies are worth virtually nothing.
