I attend Vina's meet the blogger session and I predict that Vina will be someone we could count on to purchase our first (investment) property.

She had just launched her first book (many will come):
"No B.S. Guide to Property Investment".

plus, she had just launched her club for property owner (and would be property owner).

Many of her tips in handling banker, property agents, contractors etc are very relevant because it's her first hand experience in Singapore property transactions.

Attached: my writeup on her beginning

1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR!
4) In BULL, SELL-SELL-SELL!

Hi Chia, thanks for your support.

Property Club Singapore (http://propertyclubsg.com) is a neutral platform to provide buyers, investors and owners with knowledge and skills in investment and management of private properties through education and networking. We do NOT market any local/overseas properties, nor any property-related products or services to our members. Similarly, we do NOT accept commission from vendors or speakers to conduct sales pitches in our events.

Property Club Singapore has grown much faster than what I originally expected. I have to prioritize all the activities lest I will be burnt out soon. That's why I have decided to shelve the two 1-day workshops, refund all the participants, in order to focus on organizing the bi-monthly talks that can cater to a bigger audience and benefit more members. I am targeting to hold the talks end of June, early August, mid of September, ...
