It is on the confirmed list of GLS site of the first half of this year.

The 99 yr leasehold site is 268,713 SQ FT with max GFA of 564,308 SQ FT.

It's in a prime residential area, set to yield 655 home.

SLP international research head Nicholas Mak expects major developer with projects in the area to be interested, including SingLand and Wing Tai.

Since when is Alexandra area know as near to Orchard - more like Redhill or Tiong Bahru - amazing how redevelopment and marketing can change the definition of location in property let alone the 99 year leasehold tag...
