What unit trust to invest in?

Hi experts,
I am kinda in a situation.
Sold off my CPF stocks recently,
now CPF OA hv almost $500k.
Tot of buying another ppty but dun wanna
Pay the ABSD.
Guess I only left w buying unit trust.

Anyone can advise on how to select unit trust?
Seems that UT give very vague info.

MoneySense is a good source of info, for beginner. You might want to take a look and do your own research there.

2 cents :
If you are a high net worth individual, probably you may consider to invest in funds managed by d.o.g. OR funds managed by Mr. Yeo (Yeoman Capital Management) or funds managed by Eric Kong (Aggregate Asset Management) OR other funds, not just Unit Trust.
Specuvestor: Asset - Business - Structure.

Yeokiwi, u r right.
Really hving a headache bcos of all the restrictions of CPF.
Now only can stare at it getting 2.5% p.a.
while thinking of wat to invest with it

I had done some research few years ago but I had given up on most CPF approved unit trusts except Aberdeen Singapore Equity Fund.
STI-ETF is ok too.

Basically, I just leave it there waiting for opportunities, either a stock market crash or property crash.

Hi egghead, bcos most of my stks are speculative.
Getting busy nowadays, so decided to liquidate all of it
