Anyone invest/trade using CFD? I think CFD is crazily expensive!

I've tried commodity CFDs (crude oil and precious metals) at Saxomarkets. There is no interest charge, If i recall correctly. However, the big disadvantage is that the CFDs have an expiry of one to three months. Upon expiry, the profit or loss is settled.

I made some money, then gave it all back. Anyway, I learnt from the experience that I'm no trader. Value investing definitely suits me better.
