Both. TCC still owns FNN now. So my guess is FNN will be levered up first and more capital return.

End game like we discussed, after asset stripping and ATMs, likely TCC own FCL and Thai Bev owns FNN. The latter 2 will be levered up to hilt cause they are cashcow businesses to pay back the credit cards

While discussion is on-going, I wonder if there is any parties talking to boss to get, say, a 10% placement for FCL at $1.40?

TCC is unlisted... and looking at Thaksin, maybe better to have money offshore outside Thailand

I think FCL is currently priced low because of the poor market sentiments
the IPO spin off is a good news however institutional investors would feel that the IPO price is likely to be on the low side, thus not really helping FCL shareholders much
