i get the impression the tech is rather backward enterprise wise. but the main reason i dont go forward like dzwm87 is that i have no idea the product as well.

there are lots to like in that they see a change in trend (much like ibm) and reposition their business at the good part of the value chain.

china couldn't possibly be easy to navigate but they did it well. if i remember u can explore 2000-2002 for their period of difficulty
