Even though Suntec Reit DPU is lower, the price is still moving up today. I am glad I got in after i done my studies in July this year.

I am now setting my eyes on Saizen reit.

I have been looking at this counter for a while. I like this counter as they offer the best Yield to P/NAV ratio. Fundamentally they have cleaned up their loan profile pretty good. They don't expect to refinance till 2018! So on paper their finances looks good. you can check out my filtering method here:
