The 3 storey semi-detach factory at Chang Charn Road (near Ikea, near Alexandra, Leng) is worth much more than the book value.
Book value is $1.918m. Still have 42.7 years lease (till Jan 2057).

Other buildings at that area can build 6 storeys. Hence if they dispose this property, may able to get alot of money. Trancorp has 4 properites (1 in Singapore, 2 in Malaysia and 1 in Hong Kong). After the sale of golf biz, the properties are classified as investment properties.

I bot Transcorp at 24 cents. Not sure whether I bot at too high a price? Anyone can advise?

Now Transcorp is 16.2 cents (if include 12 cents dividend, now is 28.2 cents)

Reaching my estimated RNAV, unless the 3 storey semi-detach factory at Chang Charn Road can fetch higher price or other good news coming.
