For value to be created, the quarterly results must show improvement. THis will translate into an upward movement of price for the mother shares and will cause the warrants to move up in tandem.

The upturn in price will probably coincide with the next quarter results

Very good, usually, the standard operation would be to short it down, accumulate more and push it back up. Lets wait and see.
