There's a bet on that after this failed offer, PIL will have to pay a big dividends to pay for the purchase on the accumulated shares so far... 
 
but there could also be a case that PIL will cease any dividends payouts...

		If the company still producing solid results, whether they hike or cut the dividend, it doesnt really matter to me. The integrity of the management is more important.
