Sale of property is completed. FOP is richer now, Kingsmen Creatives is a little poorer now. Now let's see what they do with their current business. My gut feel is either they will still want to grow up a new business for their future generation in case not all in the family are interested in the F&B industry.

Or will they encash everything and sell out to somebody else? Hmm.

at least according to the release last time, they mentioned that they want to reinvest when opportunities come. so maybe that's why market is pricing this factor in and pricing it at this price point.
