Took time-off today to go MTQ's AGM @ Charlton, Coffee and carrot cake not so bad!
Chairman Quah's Key's message,
Key points:
1) Short Term = All downside, no upside
2) Focus on costs, no intention to expand
3) Have to keep cash, no dividends, not sure how long this downturn will last....
Continue to monitor Q by Q, 
Guess some investors offloaded some at 43cts today after the AGM...

I observed how the junior and senior kuah reacted and behaved. I thought I like the senior Kuah more.

Chairman Quah is more steady lah, : though he has quite a TEMPER too!
CEO Quah, got fire in his belly, and quite direct, if u stay back for the carrot cake, he was communicating in a relaxed mode, quite openly....
Got 1 new shareholder asked what's the SWOT of MTQ....which maybe can a good chatting topic during the tea-break instead...
maybe it's better to know what the co. is doing, before buying the shares....
The accountant's question+tone of questioning, "off balance book financing"... haha! : clash of the titans...!!

Senior kuah is more sincere. Junior kuah been playing with his hp almost throughout the agm and the way he replied, as if coming out from those textbook model answer.

They cut the pay of the senior management by 20-40%. The CEO took the biggest cut.
Bro Brattzz, did you estimate how many quarters can they last, before you estimate they need to do rights issue? The balance sheet still much more solid than the others... but they got no other stable business unlike keppel property or sembcorp utilities stable biz.
