I also don't think there's going to be any collapse in china economy. First of all what credit bubbles are you referring to? Today there's no way for china to raise credit like the way US and Japan issue treasury bonds - there's no china treasury bonds to speak of, and if there are no bonds in existence how will anything go toxic?
Real estate market may crash but just like any other country property market crash but I don't think it will lead to total collapse. Consider that most PRC commoners earn around 1000-2000 rmb /mth thats around S$400 where they will ever have money to buy 2 million dollar condo and be affected by property crashes
